Ukraine continues preparations for Vilnius summit, signing agreement with EU, says Azarov
Ukraine continues its preparations for the Eastern Partnership summit in Vilnius, where an association agreement between Ukraine and the EU is expected to be signed, Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said.
"Ukraine is now focused on the solution of primarily economic problems faced by our country. The preparations for the Vilnius summit are going according to plan […] We are focused on issues related to the end of the year and plans for 2014. Our plans have not changed," he told a press conference in St. Petersburg on Wednesday, responding to a question as to whether Ukraine's plans to sign an association agreement with the EU at the Eastern Partnership summit in Vilnius have changed.
The Eastern Partnership summit will be held in Vilnius on November 28-29.
