Rada speaker ready to hold special session on November 13
Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak has promised to hold an extraordinary session of parliament on Wednesday, November 13, to consider the remaining laws that Ukraine needs to adopt in order to sign the association agreement with the EU.
"Opposition MPs tell me that they have collected 150 signatures for holding a special session on Tuesday or Wednesday. I told the MPs: submit these lists as they are - 150 signatures. I will not even check them. I will sign an instruction to convene parliament on Wednesday and discuss the issues that need urgent consideration," Rybak told reporters on Friday.
