Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has dismissed Eduard Matviychuk from the post of the Head of Odesa Regional State Administration and appointed Mykola Skoryk to this post.
The head of state signed relevant decrees on Friday, November 8.
Prior to this appointment, Skoryk served as the finance minister of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
He was born on November 27, 1972 in Odesa. In 2006-2010, he headed Odesa Regional Council. In November 2010, Skoryk was appointed the finance minister of Crimea.
Matviychuk had served as head of Odesa Regional Administration since March 2010.
