Verkhovna Rada does not start evening sitting, Tymoshenko's daughter comes to sitting hall
A scheduled evening sitting of the Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine's parliament, failed to start on time on Thursday.
Verkhovna Rada Chairman Volodymyr Rybak is still at a meeting with the members of the European Parliament's observation mission - former Polish President Aleksander Kwasniewski and former European Parliament President Pat Cox.
The daughter of former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, Yevhenia Tymoshenko, came to the sitting hall, according to an Interfax-Ukraine reporter.
At the morning sitting, the parliamentarians did not start to consider the issues on agenda, instead putting them off until the evening sitting.
