Kozhara says November best time for signing agreement with EU

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Leonid Kozhara has said that November is the best time for the signing of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union.

"Taking into account elections to the European Parliament and change of the European Commission membership in 2014, as well as the 2015 elections in Ukraine, November is the best time for the signing of the Association Agreement," Kozhara said in an interview with the Uriadovy Kurier publication.

Ukraine has demonstrated significant progress in the implementation of joint agreements with the European side approved at the EU-Ukraine Summit in February, Kozhara said.

"I am sure that we will additionally strengthen this progress during the month remaining until the summit," he said.
