Citizens of Russia, Ukraine should use foreign travel passports to cross Russian-Ukrainian border - Lavrov
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has said he believes that the citizens of Russia and Ukraine should cross the Russian-Ukrainian border using foreign travel passports.
"I think this is absolutely right. They should use foreign travel passports, not internal passports. Getting a foreign travel passport is not a problem now," Lavrov said at the Don State Technical University on Monday.
