October 25 hearing of Tymoshenko's UESU case postponed as judge is ill, says source
A court hearing of the case against former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko concerning the financial irregularities at the United Energy Systems of Ukraine (UESU) Corporation will not be held on October 25 due to the judge being ill.
"There will be no hearing on Friday. Judge [Kostiantyn Sadovsky] has been taken ill," an informed source told Interfax-Ukraine.
According to another source, Tymoshenko has been informed about the postponement of the hearing.
The agency hasn't yet received official confirmation of this report from the State Penitentiary Service.
