Lviv Regional Council approves draft PSA on shale gas extraction with Chevron
Lviv Regional Council has approved a draft production sharing agreement (PSA) between Ukraine, Chevron Ukraine B.V. and Nadra Oleska for hydrocarbon extraction on Oleska deposit.
Sixty-six deputies of the regional council supported this decision. The discussion of the draft document lasted for 10 hours on Thursday, October 3.
The regional council instructed the regional governor to choose and nominate representatives of the region for membership of the permanent governmental interagency commission for organization and fulfillment of PSAs.
