Kyiv City Council closes its special session having considered all issues in 12 minutes
Members of Kyiv City Council have considered and adopted four resolutions and three appeals to the Verkhovna Rada in twelve minutes, Secretary of the City Council Halyna Hereha then closed the extraordinary session.
The council members listened to short reports only on two matters, while all other issues were adopted without discussion.
All of them were unanimously supported by 76-79 of the total of 79 members of the council registered in the hall.
At the same time, MP Oleksandr Chornovolenko of the Batkivschyna party told reporters that most of the council members were in the council meeting room as early as 0800, while the session was scheduled to start at 1000.
Chornovolenko added that the city council's opposition members were not warned about this early time of gathering and so when they came they were unable to get to the city council's meeting.
