Snowden's father confirms he gets proposal from FBI to fly to Moscow
Lon Snowden, the father of ex-CIA officer Edward Snowden who is stuck in the Sheremetyevo transit zone, has confirmed that he got a proposal from the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) to fly to Moscow several of weeks ago.
He would like to more clearly understand why the FBI proposes him to fly to Russia, Snowden-senior said on the air of Rossiya 24 TV channel.
He would not mind if Edward would spend the rest of his life in Russia, Snowden senior added.
