No Ukrainians among tourists injured as train derails in Thailand, says Foreign Ministry
There were no Ukrainians among the tourists hurt when a train derailed in northern Thailand, the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine reported.
"There are no Ukrainians among those injured," ministry spokesman Yevhen Perebyinis told Interfax-Ukraine.
At least 30 passengers, mostly foreign tourists, were injured, one seriously, when a Bangkok to Chiang Mai train derailed in the mountains of the northern Thailand province of Phrae on Wednesday morning.
Another Bangkok-bound train from Chiang Mai derailed in July, but no one was injured.
