Trial of Tymoshenko in UESU case postponed until July 5
The court hearing in the criminal case on the activities of the United Energy Systems of Ukraine (UESU) Corporation has been suspended until July 5.
"The court declared it impossible to consider the case because of the absence of the convict Tymoshenko and her defender [her daughter, Yevhenia Tymoshenko], and break was announced in the court hearings until 1500 on July 5," reads the ruling passed by Judge Kostiantyn Sadovsky.
He also said that appeals from the ex-premier regarding this case would be considered at the corresponding stage of the process, in her presence.
