MPs Kutovy, Kupchak declare they are leaving Batkivschyna faction
MPs of Batkivschyna faction Vyacheslav Kutovy and Volodymyr Kupchak have declared that they are leaving their faction.
The MPs made the relative statement at a press conference hosted by Interfax-Ukraine on Thursday.
