Speaker Rybak: Yanukovych's address already in parliament

The annual address of Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has arrived at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Parliament Speaker Volodymyr Rybak has said.

"The president's address is in parliament, and it is being distributed to all MPs for work," he told reporters on Monday.

However, he did not predict whether Yanukovych would personally present the document in parliament.

"If the situation in parliament is the one that the Verkhovna Rada wants to listen to and show respect for the president, of course, the president will come and talk," Rybak said.
