Tymoshenko still undecided on her participation in hearing of UESU case on May 21
Former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko has not yet informed the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine regarding her consent or refusal to be taken to a court hearing of the case on the financial abuse of the United Energy Systems of Ukraine (UESU) Corporation in Kharkiv on May 21, the service's press office reported on Monday.
On May 17, Tymoshenko was familiarized with a summons to Kyivsky District Court in Kharkiv to participate in the hearing of the UESU case.
"After reading this summons, the prisoner declined to say whether she agrees to be taken to court. Tymoshenko said that she will inform the administration of the colony about her decision in writing," reads the statement.
