Ukrainian Foreign Minister Leonid Kozhara said Ukraine is now analyzing the Customs Union charter documents.
"The Ukrainian government is now analyzing the charter agreements of the Customs Union. There are more than 200 of them now, and we are studying which charter documents Ukraine could join to have deeper cooperation with the Customs Union without violating our obligations in other organizations, specifically, the EU," the minister said in an interview with the Den newspaper.
Kozhara said many industries of the Ukrainian economy do not need to be integrated in the Customs Union economy because they are already traditionally integrated in it. "The issue of our relations with the Customs Union is how not to lose the relations we had before," Kozhara said.
