Rada to consider bills related to Ukraine's commitments to EU on Thursday morning
The Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine's parliament, will start its morning session with the consideration of four bills which are related the country's commitments to the European Union.
Batkivschyna Faction Leader Arseniy Yatseniuk offered to put these bills on vote on Thursday morning.
A total of 339 out of the 414 MPs registered in the hall supported his proposal.
According to Yatseniuk, the parliament will consider the draft law on passing amendments to Ukraine's legislation to bring it in compliance with the standards of the convention on the fight against corruption, the draft law on amending the Criminal Code and the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine as required for the implementation of the Action Plan on the liberalization the EU visa regime for Ukraine; the draft law on amending some legislative acts of Ukraine related to the implementation of the state anti-corruption policies and the draft law on amending some legislative acts regarding the improvement of the personal data protection system.
