Russia has not provided any draft agreements on Black Sea Fleet modernization to Kyiv - Ukrainian Foreign Ministry
Kyiv, April 17 (Interfax-Ukraine) - Russia has not provided Ukraine with any draft agreements on the modernization of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in Crimea, Yevhen Perebyinis, acting director of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry's information policy department, told a briefing on Wednesday, commenting on the accusations that Ukraine is dragging out the talks on the matter.
Perebyinis also said Ukraine insists on signing a bilateral agreement on the modernization of the Russian fleet in Crime and Russia agrees with this approach.
"If a draft version of the relevant agreement is submitted to us, Ukraine will consider it," he said.
