Opposition will tell EU ambassadors about situation in country and parliament, says Yatseniuk
The leaders of the parliamentary opposition on Friday will hold a meeting with the ambassadors of the European Union countries and tell them about the situation in the country and the parliament.
"At 1500 we will have a meeting with the ambassadors of the EU member states. We have prepared not only the political but the legal justification of the illegality and unconstitutionality of the actions [of the authorities]," leader of the Batkivschyna faction Arseniy Yatseniuk said.
As reported, on Thursday MPs from the majority held a meeting in the assembly hall of the Verkhovna Rada, as the session hall of the parliament in Hrushevskoho Street was blocked by the opposition. During the session, the deputies passed more than 20 laws.
