Opposition blocks parliament's rostrum and presidium

Opposition MPs have blocked the rostrum and presidium of the Verkhovna Rada.

An Interfax-Ukraine reporter said that the rostrum had been blocked by representatives of the UDAR and Batkivschyna factions in parliament. Opposition deputies went to the presidium and blocked the door entrance to the presidium with chairs.

Deputies from the factions of the Party of Regions and the Communist Party were in their seats in the session hall.

Earlier, Parliament Speaker Volodymyr Rybak announced a 30-minute break in the parliament's work at the request of Batkivschyna and Svoboda factions.
