Dnipropetrovsk region sends rescue team to help Kyiv cope with possible flooding
A rescue team has been sent from Dnipropetrovsk region to help Kyiv to prevent emergencies related to possible flooding in various areas of the capital city.
The press service of the State Emergency Situations Service's branch in Dnipropetrovsk region reported on Monday that a 30-strong rescue team, six units of equipment and fourteen units of pumping equipment have been sent to Kyiv.
It was reported that due to the melting of snow, about 70 underpasses and a number of streets in the capital city may be flooded.
