Hungary to continue its support of European integration of Ukraine, says Azarov
Hungary will continue to support the European integration of Ukraine and the signing of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union, Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has said.
"The prime minister assured me that Hungary will consistently advocate the signing of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union, as well as other European integration initiatives," he said at a joint press conference with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban in Budapest on Thursday.
Azarov also said that during the talks they had discussed deeper cooperation in nuclear industry and increasing electricity supply from Ukraine to Hungary.
