Ukraine's Foreign Ministry recommends Ukrainians not travel to Central African Republic
The Foreign Ministry of Ukraine has recommended that Ukrainians not travel to the Central African Republic (CAR).
"Due to the worsening of the security situation in the CAR, the escalation of violence and the seizure of the most of the country's territory, including the capital of Bangui, by armed opposition forces, the Foreign Ministry recommends Ukrainian citizens to refrain at this stage from making any trips to the country unless absolutely necessary," Interior Ministry's information policy department reported.
In case of emergency, Ukrainian citizens should call the Foreign Ministry's round-the-clock hotline +38 044 238 1657.
