EU Commissioner Fule: It is important that Rada should work

European Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy Stefan Fule has said it is important that the Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine's parliament, should be working.

"Let me say it openly: as it is important that the work of the Verkhovna Rada is not being blocked, it is also important that this democratic institution works transparently and predictably following the letter and spirit of its own rules," he said at a European Parliament plenary session in Strasbourg on Wednesday.
