Rada chairman says president could dissolve parliament
Verkhovna Rada Chairman Volodymyr Rybak does not rule out that Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych could use his right to dissolve parliament.
"The president could take such a decision [to dissolve the parliament]," he said.
"We have discussed the issue as one of the options for resolving the problem," he said.
The president of Ukraine has the right to dissolve the parliament if it does not work for 30 days.
