Ukraine, Turkmenistan should map out medium and long-term cooperation, says Yanukovych

Ukraine and Turkmenistan should start to work out medium and long-term plans of cooperation between the two countries, Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych said during a tete-a-tete meeting with Turkmenistan's President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

"I think it's time to make medium and long-term plans. I would like to discuss these issues during today's visit," Yanukovych said.

According to him, Ukraine is ready to continue and expand its cooperation with Turkmenistan. The president said the two countries had much to offer each other in many areas.
