Kyiv City Council to amend city budget on February 11
Kyiv City Council will introduce amendments to the city budget for this year at a meeting on February 11, the council's secretary, Halyna Hereha, has said.
She noted during a council meeting on Friday after the adoption of the budget that the need for such changes was related to the fact that there remained about UAH 800 million on the city's accounts as of January 1, 2013.
Respective budget amendments are needed so that these funds can be used to finance the needs of the city, she added.
As reported, Kyiv City Council on Thursday approved the city budget for the current year.
