Isolation of Ukraine not on agenda in EU, says Kozhara
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Leonid Kozhara has stated that the European Union wants to develop cooperation with Ukraine further, and does not consider its isolation.
"First of all, we have friends in Brussels who care about Ukraine. This is the main conclusion. No isolation is on the agenda," Kozhara wrote in his blog on the Web site of the Ukrainska Pravda publication on Monday.
According to the minister, the EU is aware of the situation and is eager to help Ukraine "by deeds, and not words."
"The EU-Ukraine Summit due on February 25 this year in Brussels will have the key meaning on the context of our relations," Kozhara wrote.
As reported, the Ukrainian foreign minister visited Brussels on January 30-31, 2013.
