Yuschenko to announce plan of withdrawing Ukraine from crisis at Our Ukraine's political council meeting on February 9, says Vannykova
A meeting of the political council of the Our Ukraine party will be held on February 9, a member of the political council, Iryna Vannykova, told Interfax-Ukraine.
"An extended meeting was held, where a meeting of the political council was scheduled for February 9," Vannykova said.
She said that on Saturday more than 50 people supporting the party leader, Ukraine's President (2005-2010) Viktor Yuschenko, came to the meeting. "More than 50 people came, but not all of them are members of the political council, a single vote was lacking for holding the meeting. We had 47, and the quorum is 48. We decided to hold an extended meeting," Vannykova said.
