Yuschenko still leads Our Ukraine Party, says press service

Third Ukrainian President (2005-2010) and Head of the Our Ukraine Party Viktor Yuschenko is not leaving the party.

"Viktor Yuschenko is not planning to leave the Our Ukraine Party and currently he carries out all duties of the party's chairman according to the party statute. Viktor Yuschenko actively participates in political life and supports a dialogue with political partners and associates," reads the party's statement.

Earlier, some media reported that Yuschenko was planning to set up a new party and could resign from Our Ukraine soon.
