EU, US diplomats want to see Tymoshenko as soon as possible, says Nemyria
United States Ambassador to Ukraine John Tefft and Head of the EU Delegation to Ukraine, Ambassador Jan Tombinski have demanded permission to see former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko.
"We know that the EU and the U.S. ambassadors have addressed the Ukrainian authorities to demand immediate and unhampered access to Yulia Tymoshenko," Deputy Head of the Batkivschyna Party, MP Hryhoriy Nemyria has said.
"We hope the ambassadors of the European Union and the United States will have access," he said.
