CEC registers Regions Party MP Ivan Myrny instead of Prasolov
The Central Election Commission (CEC) of Ukraine at a sitting has declared Ivan Myrny an elected MP and registered him.
As the CEC information department reported on Thursday, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (Ukraine's parliament) under a resolution postponed early the powers of Ukrainian MP Ihor Prasolov, who was elected in the multi-mandate state constituency from the Regions Party. Consequently, the commission acknowledged and registered MP Ivan Myrny in the multi-mandate constituency.
According to the report, Ivan Myrny was born in 1954. He received higher education, worked as MP of Ukraine, and now is a member of the Regions Party.
As reported, in the end of December 2012, Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych appointed Ihor Prasolov as head of the council of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU). Earlier, Prasolov was elected in the 2012 parliamentary elections as an MP from the Regions Party
