Foreign Ministry advises Ukrainians not to travel to Indonesia due to floods
The Foreign Ministry of Ukraine has advised Ukrainians to temporarily refrain from visiting the Indonesian capital Jakarta due to flooding.
"Due to the effects of extreme weather (heavy rain and flooding) in Jakarta (Indonesia) the Foreign Ministry recommends Ukrainian citizens should temporarily refrain from visiting this place, and those who are already staying in the Indonesian capital should be particularly cautious and careful, and should not leave their homes without good reason until the situation normalizes," reads the information posted on the Ministry's Web site.
In case of emergencies, Ukrainian citizens should contact the Ukrainian Embassy in Indonesia by phone + 6221 521 17 00.
