Young man injures 8 people with shotgun in café in Rivne region
A 22-year-old man opened gunfire in a café injuring eight people in a village in Volodymyrets district in Rivne region.
The incident occurred at 2030 on January 14, the Interior Ministry reported on Tuesday.
The gunman did not enter the cafe and was shooting through the window. The injured people are aged 17 to 25.
The police have arrested the shooter. Now he is in a temporary detention center. The unregistered shotgun, which the young man used was seized from him and sent for examination, the Interior Ministry said.
