Foreign Ministry opens hotline to help Ukrainian passengers of AeroSvit's flights
The Foreign Ministry of Ukraine recommends that Ukrainian citizens who are passengers of flights of Kyiv-based AeroSvit Airline and who faced difficulties due to cancellation of a delay of their flights contact the country's diplomatic missions abroad or the Foreign Ministry by hotline.
The Foreign Ministry recommends Ukrainian citizens contact the country's diplomatic missions abroad or contact the ministry directly via the hotline +38 (044) 238 1657, fax +38 (044) 253 1124, or e-mail cons_or@mfa.gov.ua in case of emergencies abroad.
The foreign ministry said it was making its own efforts and involving its diplomatic missions abroad in the regular monitoring of the situation with Ukrainian passengers of AeroSvit, and that it is continuing to assist around the clock Ukrainians facing difficulties abroad due to the cancellation or delays in the airline's flights.
