MP Turchynov not ruling out early Rada, presidential elections in Ukraine in 2013
First Deputy Chairman of the Batkivschyna Party MP Oleksandr Turchynov does not rule out holding the early parliamentary and presidential elections in 2013.
"Unless the rapid slide of the country into the abyss stops, I do not rule out that 2013 could be a life-changing year for the country, when the early parliamentary and presidential elections will be held in order to form the authorities that will save the country after all," he said in an interview with Channel 5.
The parliamentary elections in Ukraine took place on October 28, 2012. Under the Constitution, the parliament is elected for five years.
The next presidential elections in Ukraine will be held in 2015.
