Ukraine ready to dialogue on all matters of integration into EU, says Yanukovych
Ukraine's President Viktor Yanukovych has congratulated Ireland's Prime Minister Enda Kenny on his country's taking over the Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
"I hope that your country, together with EU institutions will promote the mutually beneficial cooperation between Ukraine and the European Union, with the primary task for the immediate future being the signing of the Association Agreement," reads a greeting posted on the official Web site of the president of Ukraine.
"I want to reaffirm my readiness to open and fruitful dialogue with you on all relevant matters of Ukraine's integration into the EU, as well as the Ukrainian-Irish relations," Yanukovych said.
