19,500 policemen to guard public order during winter holidays in Ukraine
More than 19,500 law enforcers will guard public order during the upcoming winter holidays in Ukraine, according to the press service of the Interior Ministry of Ukraine.
Some 1,500 events to mark New Year will be held on December 31, 2012 through January 2, 2013. Over 1.1 million people are expected to participate in the events.
