National budget for 2013 should be revised after Q1, 2012, says Ukrainian president
Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych expects that the national budget for 2013 will be revised when the results of the first quarter of 2013 published.
"After receiving results of the economy operation in the first quarter, the budget should be revised," he said at a meeting of the Council of Regions in Kyiv on Tuesday.
The head of state also said that the top priority of the government's operation is control over budget funds in 2013.
"I expect that proposals on the issue will be submitted," Yanukovych said.
Earlier Ukrainian Premier Mykola Azarov also said that the cabinet could revise the national budget for 2013 at the end of the first quarter of 2013.
