Kolobov again appointed finance minister, says decree
Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has appointed Yuriy Kolobov Finance Minister of Ukraine.
The decree is posted on the Web site of the head of state.
Yanukovych in February 2012 appointed Kolobov finance minister, while earlier he was first deputy governor of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU). Since that moment, the post of the NBU first deputy governor has been vacant.
