Yanukovych, Putin will meet within 3 months, no meeting planned in 2012 - diplomat
Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych and Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet within the next three months, Russian Ambassador to Ukrainian Mikhail Zurabov said.
"I believe within a quarter of a year," Zurabov said when journalists asked him when the leaders of the two countries could meet.
No meeting between the two presidents is planned before the end of this year, he said.
Putin and Yanukovych have already given instructions to their staffs and governments to finalize and analyze agreements that the two countries could conclude in the near future, he said.
