Date of Ukraine-EU Summit to be known on Monday, says Poroshenko
The date of the Ukraine-EU Summit will be announced on Monday, MP Petro Poroshenko (outside any faction) has said.
"I can reveal another secret to you, because today I have talked to the European Parliament members and the European Commission. The date of holding the next Ukraine-EU Summit is likely to be announced on Monday," he said on the air of the Shuster Live TV show on Friday night.
According to the MP, most likely that the summit will take place on February 25.
Poroshenko said that "before the summit, Ukraine has and will have the possibility of resolving the issue of finalizing the first phase of liberalization of the visa regime and making decision on the visa regime simplification."
