Ukraine's parliament to elect presidium and vote on candidate for prime minister

The Verkhovna Rada will work on Wednesday until it completes the consideration of all issues.

Such a proposal was supported by 228 lawmakers.

At a meeting on Wednesday, it is planned to appoint the Verkhovna Rada chairman and his deputies, as well as give consent to the appointment of the prime minister.

Regions Party MP Oleksandr Yefremov, who is presiding at the meeting, announced a 30-minute break.
