President receives credentials from new foreign ambassadors
Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has received credentials from newly appointed ambassadors, the presidential press service reported on Thursday.
In particular, the head of state accepted the credentials from the ambassadors of Britain, Croatia, Uzbekistan, Cuba, Indonesia, Tunisia, Thailand, Zambia, Djibouti, and the Philippines.
Yanukovych wished the diplomats fruitful work in Ukraine.
"I wish you success, so that our cooperation could benefit our bilateral relations," he said, while addressing the ambassadors.
The president said that Ukraine was conducting an open policy, building a transparent and competitive economy, and being committed to mutually beneficial relations with all countries.
