Opposition prepares draft resolution on individual voting of MPs
The opposition has prepared a draft resolution on the mandatory individual voting of MPs.
"We have prepared a draft resolution of the Verkhovna Rada to ensure the observance of the requirement of the Constitution of Ukraine on individual voting," Ruslan Koshulynsky, who was elected to parliament on the election list of the Svoboda Party, said at a meeting of the working group on organizing the work of the new parliament in Kyiv on Wednesday.
He said that the draft resolution proposes introducing a special program to support the work of the Rada-3 computer system. The document also notes that MPs will have to be registered and vote using touch keys.
An Interfax-Ukraine reporter said that Verkhovna Rada Speaker Volodymyr Lytvyn noted that if this document is prepared, he could sign it and submit for registration.
