Verkhovna Rada Chairman Volodymyr Lytvyn has said that he hasn't submitted any application to join a faction in the Ukrainian parliament
"I was surprised to read the reports that I have already signed up to one of the factions," Lytvyn said in an exclusive interview to Interfax-Ukraine.
"This information is absolutely not true," the speaker said.
Lytvyn won in a single-seat constituency in Zhytomyr region in the October 28 parliamentary elections.
