Kyiv City Council blocks decisions for medicine development, says Azarov
Kyiv City Council is hindering the development of the medical sphere in the capital, Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has said.
"Kyiv City Council is completely blocking many decisions related to medical development," the premier said at a meeting with healthcare experts in Kyiv on Friday.
"We probably have to raise the issue with Kyiv residents more actively. We are ready to provide assistance, and we will provide it, but they should stop blocking simple decisions," Azarov said.
