European Parliament observers arrive at Tymoshenko's hospital
Observers from the European Parliament have arrived at Central Clinical Hospital No. 5 in Kharkiv to visit former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko.
Four cars and a van accompanied by a traffic police car stopped at the hospital at 1440, an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent reported.
A dozen supporters of Tymoshenko met the procession with shouts "Free Yulia!"
According to a source close to law enforcement agencies, only ex-president of European Parliament Pat Cox arrived to meet with Tymoshenko, although Former Polish President Aleksander Kwasniewski had also been expected to visit the ex-premier.
