UNHCR office in Ukraine: Kyiv police did not open case on disappearance of Russian opposition member Razvozzhayev
Kyiv police have refused to open a criminal case on the situation with the disappearance of the Russian opposition member Leonid Razvozzhayev in Kyiv.
"We received information from the Solomiansky district department of police not to institute criminal proceedings," an adviser on public information at the UNHCR Regional Office in Ukraine, Oleksandr Makovsky, told Interfax-Ukraine.
