Rada recommends CEC schedule repeat votes in 5 troubled constituencies, Nos. 94, 132, 194, 197, and 223
Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted a resolution that proposes to recommend that the Central Election Commission (CEC) schedule repeat elections in 5 troubled constituencies, Nos. 94, 132, 194, 197, and 223.
A total of 268 MPs of the 349 registered for voting supported this decision.
According to the order, CEC must determine the volume spending required to hold the repeat elections. The parliament recommends that the Cabinet of Ministers take measures to finance the repeat elections.
As reported, elections in Ukraine took place on October 28. Now CEC received 99.95% of the protocols in electronic form for the vote under party lists, and 99.62% for single-member constituencies.
